Return Policy
At BLUE CUSTOMS, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Due to the personalized nature of many of our items, we ask that you review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Most of our products—including apparel, air fresheners, keychains, lanyards, magnets, and stickers—are custom-designed and made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
 - Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
 - We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
 
3. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by shipping carriers. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
4. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and cancellation is no longer possible.
